The Briny is a newly refurbished seafood and wine bar, located on Southsea Seafront. Originally a much loved traditional fish and chip restaurant, the new restaurant has been designed in a Scandinavian coastal theme.
FES were commissioned to undertake a full redesign and installation of the commercial kitchen facilities.
This involved:
Drawing up 3D designs
Installation, ventilation and extraction systems
Refrigeration, walls, floor and ceiling, gas interlocking systems, warewashing and installing new appliances.
