Project Management

At BFES, we project manage from the initial concept design, right through to installation and post-installation maintenance. Alternatively, we can act independently as a commercial kitchen project management company, overseeing other contractors. Our employees have successfully project managed many of our installation contracts. Thanks to their wealth of experience in every aspect of catering design, as well as the implementation of the most suitable equipment.

Design is a key area that shows off our wealth of experience and knowledge, gained through the many projects we’ve completed. We can create a design that works for you, or check a design you’ve already completed. Making sure it will work, as well as offering advice on areas the design could be improved.

Installation is essential in creating a working food preparation environment. Using our knowledge of how food should be prepared, workflow and delivery. We have completed some extremely complex catering installations even with external limitations. Plus, with previous chef experience from certain members of our in-house team, we’re able to help oversee this important aspect of every project even more efficiently.

Equipment Sales as part of the project management process ensures you get the right equipment for your budget and needs. Using our experience in catering equipment procurement, we can help you get the right products that’ll best suit your requirements. We also offer after-sales advice and care, with service maintenance contracts to help keep your kitchen running at its full potential. We’re happy to arrange commissioning and training so that your chefs are completely happy before opening up for service.
