Recent Rack Conveyor Dishwasher Installation – Optimising efficiency for our clients

We’ve recently completed the successful installation of a rack conveyor dishwasher on one of our customer sites, part of an ongoing effort to enhance their kitchen workflow.

This project involved several key steps to ensure a seamless and efficient installation:

Product Specification: We worked closely with the client to determine the best equipment for their specific needs, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Washup Area Redesign: To accommodate the new equipment, we redesigned the washup area, optimising space and workflow for maximum efficiency.
Removal of Existing Unit: The old dishwasher was carefully decommissioned and removed to make way for the new system.
New Dishwasher Installation: The rack conveyor dishwasher, along with additional sinks, tabling and water treatment systems, were installed to improve washing efficiency and water quality.
End-To-End Service: From the initial consultation to final installation, our team managed the entire process, ensuring minimal disruption to the client’s operations.
